Greenland in a Nutshell
Massive Greenland is, in fact, the world’s largest island and least populated territory in the planet. Nothing can prepare travellers to the sheer beauty of this endangered wonder: imposing icebergs and fjords, pristine waters, towering mountains and undisturbed wildlife – an overwhelming display from Nature. The region, under Denmark’s rule, is – fortunately we must say – only accessible to a lucky few. Nuuk (also know as Godthaab) is Greenland’s capital with less than 20,000 inhabitants and can be easily reached by plane from Denmark or Iceland. A natural sanctuary that deserves to be preserved.
