It seems hard to get any more scenic than this: the beautiful landscapes of Thailand and Laos captured by David are just the trigger adventurous souls need to set off on a journey across these two nature-blessed lands.
LAOS and THAILAND in 3 weeks
Let’s enjoy the varied mosaic of cultures, amazing natural beauties, interesting people and unforgettable experiences in this short cinematic video with us…
My and my girlfriend have been relaxing at the paradise beaches of the little known Koh Kood island, rode the motorbikes in the north of Thailand and got enchanted by the beautiful natural scenery and the slow pace of Lao's countryside.
We even spent 3 days in the crown of the Lao jungle, which we inhabited along with the rare gibbon monkeys, as part of the Gibbon experience adventure, and you can hear their wonderful screaming and sounds, that used to woke us up in the mornings.
Situated in the stunning landscapes of South East Asia and regarded as one of the most beautiful areas in this region, Laos is a much smaller and less travelled country than its counterparts, Vietnam and Thailand. This former French colony extends an unforgettable experience to those who wander its lands – particularly the well-maintained city of Luang Prabang, a classified UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995. With magnificent, limestone mountains, lavishly green forests scattered with majestic waterfalls and the hair-raising Vieng Xai caves to explore, it’s a surprise why so many choose to skip over it.
Laos is a deeply Buddhist country, and my visit included a traditional Tak Bat ceremony, in which you get up at sunrise and make offerings to Buddhist monks.
