As Simone Beauvoir once put it: “There is something in the New York air that makes sleep useless.”

New York City in a Nutshell
New York certainly has made quite a name for itself (or several!), and with good reason. So much has transpired in The Big Apple that you cannot help but feel the electrifying energy from yesterday’s past to the present, which must be why it is the most famously visited city in the whole of the United States. Or perhaps it’s the booming nightlife in The Lower East Side, the art in Brooklyn, the food in the Upper East Side or the Broadway Theatre? Maybe it is all of these things combined – and so much more.

Insights from New York...
A great day in New York would be to wake up, get a cup of coffee and head up to Central Park for a nice walk. Then I’d go down to the East Village and stroll around. After that, maybe I’d go check out a museum or catch an indie film at the Angelika.
